- 21 – 22 March 2013, Marija Bistrica: PGF Croatia Project Manager Milena Babic attended the two-day workshop "Drafting of the Action Plan for Social Inclusion of Roma in Medjimurje County". The workshop was held in Marija Bistrica, organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Office of Human Rights and Rights of National Minorities of the Croatian Government and the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the OSCE (OSCE / ODIHR).
The workshop was organized in order to develop an Action Plan for Roma in Medjimurje County, which is adjacent to the National Strategy for Roma Inclusion from the prism of county priorities, needs, available resources as well as those that will soon be available. The workshop was attended by representatives of public administration, towns, municipalities, councils of Roma national minorities and organizations. Milena Babic presented to the attendees PGF Croatia project as well as possible sources of financing that will be defined by the County Action Plan for Roma Inclusion of Medjimurje County.

- 14 March 2013, Vukovar: Legal Advisers for the Center for Peace, Legal Advice and Psychosocial Assistance Vukovar, Mr. Branislav Tekic and Mr. Drago Pepic met with Mr. Dieter Schindlauer, president of the Austrian Association for Strategic Litigation and Mrs. Barbara Liegl, Resident Twinning Adviser of the EU IPA 2009 Twinning Project of the Office of Ombudsman. The meeting was organized on the occasion of field information collecting in reference to the cooperation of civil society organizations with the Office of Ombudsman.

- 28 February – 1 March 2013, Zagreb: Representatives of the Center for Peace, Legal Advice and Psychosocial Assistance – Vukovar and PGF Croatia Project Manager, Mrs. Milena Babic, attended the international conference organized under the Croatian presidency of the Decade of Roma Inclusion 2005 – 2015 „Perspectives on EU Funding for Roma Inclusion“, where she presented a document/assessment „Use of IPA funds for the improvement of the status of Roma community in Croatia“.
One of the specific objectives of the Croatian presidency over the Decade is strengthening the commitment of the Decade of Roma Inclusion 2005 – 2015 through appropriate use of EU Framework for National Roma Integration Strategies till 2020, particularly in terms of policy making, establishing structures and mechanisms of efficient allocation and use of funds, Roma inclusion and progress monitoring and reporting in reference to Roma integration.

The conference was opened by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Croatian government and the National Coordinator of the Decade of Roma Inclusion Neven Mimica, MA, while the conference was attended by the representatives of all Decade member-states (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia,  Spain), USA as a status-observer country, international organizations (Council of Europe, UNDP, UNHCR, UNICEF, OSCE) and Roma civil society. The conference was organized by the Office for Human Rights and Rights of National Minorities of the Republic of Croatia in cooperation with MtM Fund and the Secretariat of the Decade of Roma Inclusion 2005 – 2015.
