This seminar was a unique opportunity to learn new methodologies for working in multi-cultural classes and kindergartens. The aim of this education was to strengthen capacities of teachers and pre-school teachers for improving the inclusion of Roma children in pre-school education.
Among the other things, this seminar was an opportunity for pre-school teachers who wanted to become trainers to become trainers in order to train their colleagues in the forthcoming workshops within the project implementation.
After these two initial trainings, it is planned to continue with the second round of the education. The first training in a row will be in December 2014, while the other two trainings are scheduled for January 2015.
